Alastair brings over thirty years of global experience in IT transformation, having held senior executive roles at some of the world's most influential digital infrastructure companies, including MFS, Level(3) and Zayo.
With a sharp focus on equity value creation, he has a proven track record of generating disproportionate returns for PE-backed organisations — across both large multinationals and smaller, nationally focused IT services businesses.
This breadth of experience gives Alastair a rare and practical understanding of the distinct opportunities and challenges facing organisations at every stage of scale. He is equally known for his ability to build positive, inclusive, high-performance cultures that drive sustainable growth.
MITALI
Facilitator
Mitali Kelly is a finance leader with over 25 years' experience in strategic financial management and commercial planning. Qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with PwC in 2000, she spent nearly two decades in senior commercial finance roles at global brands including Asda, Disney, and Ralph Lauren.
Since 2019, she has provided Fractional CFO and FD services to SMEs across Consumer Goods, SaaS, and Professional Services, covering Board Advisory, Funding Strategy, and Finance Team Leadership. She has helped clients raise over £1.7m in funding and secure £100k+ in R&D tax credits.
Outside work, Mitali is Treasurer of Wargrave Cricket Club and holds several trustee roles.
